- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies to accelerate R&D cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG compliance and ethical AI standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
