Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation labs and pilot programs to validate next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with future regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
