Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create mitigation/opportunity strategies
- Design sustainable tech solutions with net-positive environmental impact
- Present future-tech blueprints to C-suite and global innovation councils
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing fundamentals
- Published research in future-tech or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech transformation projects
- Certification in Futurism or Technology Foresight (preferred)
