Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotechnology
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D funding
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
