As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and market teams to ensure our 2026 vision becomes reality. This hybrid role offers flexibility while requiring in-person collaboration twice weekly at our downtown headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 tech strategy integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
- Partner with sustainability teams to develop eco-conscious tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Proven track record executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully launched future-tech initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
