- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and industry veterans
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech products (showcase case studies)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable quantum systems or ethical AI
- Deep understanding of Web4.0 protocols and decentralized infrastructure
- Executive presence with experience briefing UN/World Economic Forum bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
