Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, bio-computing)
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with focus on high-impact R&D projects
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10+ year foresight track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Published thought leadership in future tech (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent strategic innovation certification
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
