Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products
- Certifications: CTO, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic credentials
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience with federal tech policy (NIST, DARPA frameworks)
- Fluency in Python and system architecture modeling
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
