Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ annual budgets
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
