Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Vision: Own and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on the 2026 strategic horizon and emerging tech integration.
- R&D Oversight: Spearhead research and development initiatives in advanced AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy technologies to stay ahead of market disruptions.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategies with broader business objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Innovation Incubation: Establish and manage a pipeline of innovative projects, from concept to pilot, ensuring rapid prototyping and validation.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class technical team, fostering a culture of curiosity, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to identify white-space opportunities for strategic differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology strategies that drive business value and innovation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum) and their practical applications in enterprise environments.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in a fast-paced, evolving market.
