Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct foresight analysis on AI ethics and regulatory compliance for next-gen systems
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations in neuromorphic computing
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption of emerging technologies in enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on next-gen tech paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers in tech innovation
