Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5-year roadmap implementation
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network architecture, or circular economy tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital >$10M
