Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and immersive reality ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities in the 5-year tech horizon
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric automation
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen interfaces leveraging biometric and neural interfaces
- Author strategic briefs for executive leadership on disruptive technology adoption pathways
- Manage innovation sprints with external startups and academic research institutions
- Establish KPIs measuring technology readiness and market impact for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in future-gazing methodologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with 5+ year horizons
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFS)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
