Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for InnovateX Solutions
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse infrastructure) into business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate tech disruptions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
