Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching innovative solutions with measurable market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising executive teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
