Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Create innovation roadmaps integrating ESG principles with technological advancement
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with long-term business vision
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive cross-functional prototyping of futuristic solutions in our Innovation Sandbox
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech or strategy journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio of at least three implemented future-tech roadmaps
