Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs for emerging tech (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Translate complex AI/ML advancements into scalable business solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech disruption risks
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizons Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products post-2020
- Deep understanding of singularity timelines and exponential tech curves
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
