Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech and climate tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Tomorrow Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on tech ethics or computational theory
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA project lifecycles
