- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies with 95% employee engagement

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on 2020s+ tech horizons
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology implications (2019-2023)
- Experience securing $50M+ in strategic partnerships with government/academic institutions
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for 2026 global stakeholder engagement
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or equivalent with peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (TIBCO Spotfire, Palantir Foundry)
