Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis and budget allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership or patents in tech innovation preferred
