Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Direct R&D investments in frontier technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee patent portfolios and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor technical teams in futuristic solution development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products from research to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research institutions and venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
