Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech roles
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing basics
- Proven success scaling tech ventures to $10M+ ARR
- Certifications in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Experience securing federal/state tech innovation grants
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford/MIT preferred)
