Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Manage a $50M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor next-generation tech leaders through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Certification in strategic innovation management (preferred)
