- Analyze competitive landscapes and geopolitical tech policies to inform strategic decisions
- Present visionary technology plans to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Foster an innovation culture through internal hackathons and external partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or emerging technology certification
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Demonstrated success leading cross-disciplinary teams through complex transformations
