Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for next-gen innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present visionary technology strategies to executive leadership and investors
- Drive ethical AI and sustainable tech integration across product portfolios
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
