Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and finance teams to align on 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, ambient computing, bio-integrated interfaces) for commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board members with ROI projections
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Author quarterly white papers on technological disruption for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven experience with emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation projects
- Strong financial modeling skills for large-scale tech investments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
