Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct market analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
