Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech implications
- Fluency in Python and quantum programming frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2030+ tech
