- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for R&D initiatives

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI or quantum domains
- Deep expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong network within global tech research communities (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, design, and business units
