Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling tech innovation from concept to market
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research institutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
