Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Secure federal grants for breakthrough projects in bio-hybrid computing
- Pioneer carbon-negative tech initiatives with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and Senate tech committees
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI ethics (2019-2023)
- Experience securing $50M+ in DARPA/EU Horizon grants
- Deep expertise in neuromorphic computing and post-silicon architectures
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for national tech initiatives
