Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market readiness for commercialization
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Ensure all innovations align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching commercial tech products
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Causal Loop Analysis)
