Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and climate tech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation through incubation labs and pilot programs with $10M+ annual budget
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 tech roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics from Tier 1 institution
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum)
- Proven experience scaling technology ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals: quantum, biotech, or neurotech
- Executive presence with 500+ person stakeholder management experience
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global market engagement
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic technologies
