Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI researchers, and bio-engineers
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous decision-making platforms
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for joint R&D initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on 3+ emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in research funding or partnerships
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term tech roadmapping
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
