Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management within Fortune 500 environments
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum computing solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech standards (IEEE 2026, ISO/IEC 21827)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading international tech policy initiatives
- Published research in peer-reviewed future-tech journals
