- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends and developing future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments with $1B+ revenue impact
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
