Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent 10+ years in exponential tech strategy
- Published research in Nature or Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech teams beyond 10,000 engineers
- Deep expertise in ISO 20700 tech ethics standards and IEEE 7000
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and quantum circuit design
