- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 18-month strategic vision

- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships and academic collaborations
- Present strategic recommendations to board and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and build tech foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, papers, etc.)
