Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or biotechnology
- Track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
