Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead quantum computing integration initiatives across Fortune 500 partnerships
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and neural networks
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Present strategic briefings to the Board of Directors and venture capital partners
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and engineers
- Drive patent development for at least 5 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Future Systems Engineering
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Experience securing DoD/DARPA or EU Horizon grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global innovation partnerships
