Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, anticipating industry shifts and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate next-gen product concepts with market potential
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present compelling vision and roadmap to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
