- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $10M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
- Build and manage a team of 15+ innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and PMP preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese highly advantageous
