Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and industry specialists to execute future-focused initiatives
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies with potential to transform markets by 2026
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D programs, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, climate-tech, or biotech convergence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Strong background in predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or industry disruption
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
