- Design sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative digital infrastructure
- Present future-vision blueprints to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive R&D budget allocation for next-generation technology incubation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- C-suite experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
