Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic adoption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of proactive innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and market disruption analysis
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility or budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
