Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business goals
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-pollination of ideas
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/blockchain/IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and market research capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
