Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives and partner with academic institutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation sprints and prototyping for breakthrough solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage vendor relationships and technology ecosystem development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products from concept to market
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
