Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead identification and evaluation of emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech initiatives into corporate vision
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI across 15+ pilot projects
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with published industry insights
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 50+
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strategic communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT)
