- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and consumer needs

- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Partner with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product leadership at Fortune 500/VC-backed startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Fluency in agile and lean startup methodologies
