- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and board members
- Mentor teams in exponential thinking and adaptive innovation methodologies
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, metaverse architecture, or neurotech
- Track record of launching future-focused products with 3+ year planning horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futurism or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating work on 2020+ technology implementations
